The Oprah Winfrey Show
15 June 2004

By Tommy (JCO Editor-In-Chief)

For the first time the Wayans family was been interviewed together in 14 years since "In Living Color", and they had a funny reunion. Oprah Winfrey declared the Wayanses "America's Funniest Family".

Oprah asked them about their new movie "White Chicks". After that there was a video from Chris Rock. He said that the family has meant so much to him. Worked with them many times and he learned how to do stand-up from Damon Wayans.

And then the best part of the show came. A surprise video from Jim Carrey.

Jim Carrey said the Wayanses gave him his first big break - making him the 'token white guy' on "In Living Color".

I just wanted to say thank you for everything. "In Living Color" was a tremendous experience for me. Keenen, thank you so much for that opportunity; I wouldn't be here without you.

Damon, thank you so much for being a friend. Gosh, what can I say? You guys are fantastic. Some of the most outlandish things ever done on television were done on that show.
