That's the tone of the whole movie, funny (a bit rude) and sad at the same time.

If I can give you guys one tip : Stop watching clips, lol. No seriously, I felt I saw to many parts of the movie in trailers and clips on the internet. There are to many key-scenes in it, also this one above.
