Chelmsford woman meets Oprah

A Chelmsford woman will be appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show at 4 pm today (Wednesday) alongside comedian Jim Carrey.

Penny Frappier, diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2004, Carrey and others around the world will share their impressions of the book A New Earth by Vancouver author Eckhart Tolle.

It's a thought provoking book....not too convoluted...but how practical is it to implement?....It's hard to switch of the constant chatter...has anyone cracked it?

for tomorrow. I have always believed in having a plan.
Without a plan there seems to be chaos, and also there is the quote:
"The best Laid plans of men...."

can't remember who said this but I do believe a plan helps people stay on track, especially me,since I am easily side tracked, also to have option plans, just in case this doesn't work - consider this, always be flexible in some things and strong in others.
