Emily Mortimer joins "Used Guys"

It's been reported today in Hollywood Reporter that the english actress Emily Mortimer joins the 20th Century Fox comedy Used Guys. She is known from "The Pink Panther ", "Match Point", "Dear Frankie" and her breakout performance "Lovely & Amazing".

Mortimer's character is to play Michelle, one of the few women who has not adapted to the idea of buying robot mates but reluctantly buys Ben Stiller's character. Once they connect, they start to fall in love.

Shooting is set to begin June 11. The new release date is June 15, 2007.

Just picked up the news on Joblo, but good old Tommy already has it on the site. Good work.

I still hate the idea Ben Stiller is still in, but this is a good thing, Emily Mortimer ain't bad. Still I want to vote Steve Carell as Jim's co-star! :p

So, if Emily is Bens ' love interrest, who should be Jims?

i think there might be a mistake because on the article it says shooting of thew film starts June 11 and the realesed date is June 15 isnt it July 15th the movie is realesed?? i mean it is going to be a while more before it comes out doesnt it make more sense?

the release date is July 15th 2007.

That is just amazing. Two Jim Carrey movies next year. "Used Guy" and "Believe it or not". And this year "The number 23". Could it be better?

I doubt they can finish "Believe it or not" next year. There are not much info yet. My guess is Summer 2008.
