Jim Carrey to Receive AFI Star Award

Jim Carrey will be honored with the AFI Star Award at next year's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, organizers said Monday.

NBC's Conan O'Brien will host the awards ceremony and career tribute. Further talent announcements for the annual USCAF, which runs Feb. 9-13 in Aspen, Colo., are expected for the coming weeks and months.

are you kidding?? omg that's great!! AFI is right next to my high school, like all I had to do was step past our gate and I was at AFI, wow, Jim can take me to the ceremony for a birthday present next year

I have a friend in Colorado but I don't know how close she is to Aspen, I've never been out of Los Angeles, I'd love to see a new state
