2010 MTV Movie Awards!!!
Hey guys,
Just a quick but very important reminder, MTV.com has just posted eligible nominees for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. If you sign up for free on their website, you can vote for whoever and whatever movie you want nominated for the upcoming June 2010 awards.
That means here at Jim Carrey Online, we have the power to nominate both Jim and A Christmas Carol for whatever category we want. I know he has the most MTV awards right now, but it doesn't hurt to give him another if we can do it.
Here's what I suggested for four of the categories:
Best WTF Moment:
Gary Oldman - Marley's Ghost talking with a loose jaw!
Best Comedic Performance:
Jim Carrey
Best Male Performance:
Jim Carrey
Global Superstar:
Jim Carrey (or Johnny Depp)
If we can beat Twilight fans at their own game, I say YES WE CAN!!!

Ok..I'm a fan of the twilight books, that's it. The actors for that movie need to get a life for example Kristen. She can't act, she's fake and I just can't stand her.
Robert is cute though......
I just wish there were better outcomes to the MTV Movie Awards. They were so much better back in the late 90's.....and Jim was there every year

True..but still all the awards went to Twilight. I mean don't get me wrong it a good book but it has been blown WAY out of proportion..I mean the actors are great and everything but it's just become a tween fantasy..
I mean yeah Jim would be a #1 fantasy of mine and I know I'm not the only one, but the "fandamonium" for Twilight is just too much...

Re: I've seen both Twilight movies with...
my daughter.
It is extremely popular!
Admitedly, I did enjoy seeing them and the excitement that goes with
it.
They have big promotional events when these come out up here in
Canada.
The last thing my daughter said was..
"Awww, they didn't show the...."
I have to let you know later, I don't want to spoil it for anyone
who hasn't gone yet.
