Here is where you discuss everything under the sun, just keep it clean.

In the town I'm in they have an evening Christmas Parade Hard thing is, to get photos or videos you have to have the right light.
I finally had to start going more up the street where the street lights were.
When Santa came I kept getting him turned waving the other way finally, I decided just to follow the procession and see if I could get a better picture of Santa.
Not sure if I was able to get a good pic or not, I'll have to review my SD card and see later.
Have you seen any good floats, they did have a Grinchy Float though.

You have to have no flash, put to manually and a tripod here is a link to do it below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=scTkyKARqEA

I do have a one pole tripod but I didn't take it, I didn't figure on walking all over town just to get a pic of Santa, but I did, next time I should remember that ol' saying, "always be prepared"
I did use the flash, since it was nighttime You are probably right that I shouldn't have use the flash but the street lighting was very poor.
Thanks for suggesting the online help though wow you can do alot with pic touch ups even make yourself look skinnier That's an interesting one to watch
