Sonic 2 Crosses $400 Million Global Box Office

Jim Carrey’s "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" has passed $400 million at the global box office. This includes $190.563 million in USA and $209.451 million overseas for the $110 million Sega video game adaptation.
It is currently the number 8 movie worldwide in 2022 and is likely to jump up a few notches as it still has Japan (August 19) and Hong Kong to release.
Its Top 5 offshore markets to date are:
1. United Kingdom - $34.3 million
2. Mexico - $22.1 million
3. France - $17.3 million
4. Australia - $16.6 million
5. Brazil - $12 million
