They had the biggest selling album of 2004 in the Uk..................they seriously rock.........but in a melodic thoughtful way.............not a noisy mindless way..........they are a bit like Coldplay in that respect.....
Go check them out.........along with Snow patrol........you might be pleasantly surprised ...........

The best of Bowie; that is an awesome album check it out. I loved every song the first time I heard it, and that is pretty rare for me to like something the first time.

Yeah, Keane is good. I love SNOW PATROL! Their album, Final Straw is just GREAT!! Chocolate, Run, How to be dead, Grazed Knees, Spitting games, the whole package!! The Killers - Hot Fuss is also good :) Oasis - Don't Believe The Truth is highly recommended :) Other bands or artists: Audioslave, Katy Rose, Blur, The Thrills...

The Thrills have awesome music, some of the more well-known songs: Not For All The Love In The World, and The Irish Keep Gate-Crashing. Their album, Let's Bottle Bohemia, is definitely one of my favourites.

Ok, there are 2 bands i discovered this year to recommend. 8)
One is Metric, a really cool punky retro band that I absolutely love. Their album is awesome and the song Combat Baby is incredibly catchy.
Another cool band is The Rogers Sisters, they're a sort of B52s-ish band that is very energetic and fun to listen to, a good song of theirs is Freight Elevator or You Wont Believe it, my favourite.

 What? That's it? Come on, you can do better than that! LooL
Hehe, good selection there. Talking about the 60s, I got into Roy Orbison recently, I just love his music. 8) My favourite of his is Lana.

30 Seconds to Mars, kids. 30 Seconds to Mars. Their new album hits stores on August 30th, and it is amazing.
