Peach Pie

Post by Cheryl Anna »

I finished making the third peach pie of the season. It only takes 1 hour to make one:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
5-6 medium peaches
1 pillbury ready-made pie crust
2 tablespoons margarine

Pare and slice the peaches and add them to the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice mixture. pour into a pie-crust lined pie tin. Top with margarine. Cover with remaining pie crust. Seal pie crust-fluke. Cover edges with foil. Bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes. Remove foil from pie edges las 15 minutes of baking.
YUMMY!!(It's peach season-so peaches are quite abundant.)
