I am not in a good mood... the sun didn't show up today, it was raining (not men though...) ... I have to get one of those sunlight boxes... Wouldn't be great if scientists could find out how to can the sunshine... then we would buy canned sunlight in the supermarket... see... I'm not myself today...!

You'd be welcome.

Right now...grape tomatoes, a half an onion and three cloves of garlic are simmering on the stove. Smells good. Going to add fresh green beans soon.

You can buy bulbs that have full spectrum colour. I know they are available in a florescent bulb from the hardware store. If not there then a lighting store should be able to help you out. We used them in a custom sewing room, and they really did make a difference on how we felt. I heard recently that they are available for standard fixtures as well, but I have not seen them myself.

Thanks for the pointers, Laura. I work a lot from my study and the lightening is getting worse or I am getting blind 8)... and my mood is not good in cloudy, raining days... so I do need to do something about the lights... :D

I've been "turtling" for the past few days. In my space I'm very cozy and secure.

This picture made me happy tonight. It is Bryce Dallas Howard in her new movie "Lady in the water".
