A few months ago
One of my children brought
To my attention this social media
Basketball
It was felt that Hilaria knew how
To bring humour into this covid mess
To dupe the masses, a proud day 4

Whether it was an intentional
Duping or not the situation
Is hilarious
My experience is when I went 2
School out West, I sounded
Canadian
When I came back, I had an accent
From where I lived, it was not hard
To pick up and perhaps I still
Have a bit of it even now

We all adapt to our environment
Whatever her ethnic background
Shes amazing to have the
Children she has and wants
To give them the enjoyment
Of two languages in her home
Not any easy task for anyone
I still keep working on my French
Tho I have some in my heritage
The short term memory thing
Keeps miwing me diem

And the best part is

And
Is her greatest support
I wish every woman out there
Could have that kind of
dedicated support

Recently I have had a friend
Try to advise me that alot of
what I believe
Is wrong
I asked what his source was
"The Internet" was the reply
"Do you believe everything on
The internet is true?" I questioned
He affirmed "Yes"

I advised him that
"I investigated my faith in
The 70's before the Internet
Was the internet"
First my investigation started
At the source, I read the books
That were suggested by the
Faith I was looking into and
Additional ones that were available

All was positive, I felt happy
In what I was learning
It all made sense
And what a beautiful simple
Plan it is.
Although life is hard.
This Plan is a good guide.
Then I decided to look at...

The other side..
What wasn't so positive or good
I read articles on what others felt
And why
I met people who didn't share but
Emphatically opposed this Faith
As I pondered and prayed I knew
The positivity was much better
Than the negativity

I had to see both sides and
Find for myself what I needed
When negativety rules a bit
Of life dies in us.
Covid can rule us or teach us.
One or the other.
All the dancing through the
Internet cannot give us the peace
We all crave.
Only the one on one feelings from that great creator to gave life to
This planet and us can give us the Peace we need and seek

He knows how its going to
