World wide Release Dates

I hope Jim will go around and promote "Dark Crimes" when gets closer to its release date. He used to promote a lot of his movies. So, I hope he'll promote "Dark Crimes" when it's time.

Checking for updates daily regarding the trailer or any news.. Nothing surfaces so far. Why does it delay so much ? That too for a bankable star like Jim

Don't expect something big out of this, fellow-members. 'Dark Crimes' missed all the chances to get the attention it needs. No screenings at all at any of all the different filmfestivals or limited releases here and there. It's not even on one of the many 'interesting' releases of 2018 on the many 'alternative' lists that showed up at the end of last year, beginning of this year. Heck, the movie is supposed to come out next month, but so far there's nothing yet. No poster, no trailer and most of all, no buzz at all. Just nothing. I believe it will be featured on "on demand" services very fast. A missed uportunity. This was handled very poor.

Now, I still believe this has a chance of being good, or at least interesting. And I hope lots of people will discover this and the word of mouth will do it's work eventually, so that everyone will be talking about his 'unseen' performance in this. But this will be much like "I Love You, Philip Morris", a Carrey movie nobody has seen and is fairly unknown to mainstream audience.

Yes. Zero promotions so far. Regardless of the story and screenplay, I am waiting to watch Jim's performance as a detective.

This is getting ridiculous now. It's almost like they try to hide the movie and are very unsure of it. Poster, trailer, clip, ... Anything please?

In France the movie will be released on May 22 in theaters and video on demand

Curious about the English version. The atmosphere in the trailer is exactly what I expected. I do think the Carrey parts were a bit ... What's the word? Bland? It's Jim looking serious, Jim looking sad, Jim looking more serious, ... But nothing that impresses or no dialogue at all. Weird way to present your main character in a trailer. I'm sure this is a 'new' Carrey we'll be seeing here and I'm very excited to discover that.
