So Jim Carrey and director Steve Oedekerk will reteam again after "Ace Ventura : When Nature Calls", what is my favorite Jim Carrey comedy. Oedekerk is not a great director, but for a comedy, I guess he's alright. Afterall it's the script and actors that will make or break it. Sounds like a chance to have a typical Carrey comedy.

About the story, I've seen this before. Don't remember the title or any actors. I wonder who the 3 male friends will be ... I guess Jim will play the actor.

I wonder if this will have any effect on 'Loomis Fargo'.

Seems like there still is some re-writing of the script. So guees it can take longer time before they can begin filming. Late Summer if everything is good.

Not sure about Loomis Fargo. No casting news, Jim didn't talk about it at the press junket and it had expected production start this month. Wonder if Jim dropped this one.

i've never been convinced about Loomis Fargo.....i just have a feeling it's wrong, the same with Damn Yankees but Ricky Stanicky seems to be more interesting, i think it could be a good one.....

It's good!! Seems this movie might get a huge worldwide release:) . And I want him to film both Loomis Fargo and Ricky Stanicky. 2014 would be a great year!!

I'm pretty sure that Jim is still attached to do Loomis Fargo, and i think the reason we not hear some casting news yet, is because the producers are still in talks or have some actors in their mind for that roles (David's pal Steve, David's crush and Steve's wife) but that actors are unavailable at this point, busy schedule. I'm sure that this will be his next project, and i think at the end of May or beginning of June will happen.

Regarding Ricky Stanicky, this could be a good R-Rated comedy. But i don't think this will happen until september, october.
