Favorite Batman Movie!

Post by indy-jones »

Of all the Batman movies including the recently released (and highly successful) blockbuster The Dark Knight, what's your favorite Batman movie and why?

Please reply here and don't forget to take the poll question!

BTW, I'm not including the old serials from the 1940s, because they aren't that special!

There is no doubt that 'The Dark Knight' is the best Batman movie out there, because it takes the material to a whole new movie-level for the genre.

BUT I also liked the more unrealistic vision of Tim Burton, but I never liked Michael Keaton as Batman or Bruce Wayne ... he was more like Geekman in a suit.

Batman & Robin is the worst movie based on a comic I can imagine. Joel Schumacher sucks and frankly, so does Batman Forever. What made it enjoyable and fun? Jim Carrey as the Riddler, that was just great ... he was so much bigger then the whole movie itself.

Absolutely...........Jim acted the rest of them off the screen.....some folk think he was too OTT but for me his cartoonish persona made it!

Well Batman Forever bcoz Jim was there. :D I also like these Batman Movies........ Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992).
The new Batman Movies (The Dark Knight and Batman Begins) have not the flavour which I enjoy in earlier Batman movies except Batman & Robin. :? Batman Begins sucks. And I have not watched The Dark Knight yet. Heath Ledger is really great in it though.
