Was High Strung released on DVD?

Found this on Amazon.com
Link: High Strung (Import Edition - NTSC format - Region 1 - Playable in North America)

But I found the DVD nowhere else, and no one here on this Board seems to have it when I search trough the list? Is this an error on Amazon?

And why is the DVD called Import Edition on amazon.com, when it has Region 1? Region 1 plays in U.S. and Canada only.

In Germany its release only on VHS tape was far as I know.

It is not on DVD here in the US yet so that must be a error. If you saw the movie you would know why it has not been released yet. It stinks lol
