According to Boxoffice Mojo FOX is aiming for May 25th, 2007 for the comedy Used Guys. It will currently put it up against the sequels "Spider-Man 3", "Shrek 3" and "Indiana Jones 4".

In Used Guys he will co-star with Ben Stiller (Meet the Parents, DodgeBall, Meet the Fockers) and directed by Jay Roach (Meet the Parents, Austin Powers 1, 2 and 3, Meet the Fockers). Filming begins in spring 2006.

The plot described by Jim Carrey:
A futuristic world where women rule because men screwed it up so badly. Men are bought and sold like cars. We`re clones. Ben and I play different models. I`m the keep-the-woman-up-all-night model and Ben is the safe model. They`re searching for a place called Mantopia, where men can still be men.

Jim is confirmed for "Used Guys". He will film "Used Guys" after "The Number 23". Good news...

According to Comingsoon.net, Jim Carrey is in talks with director Joel Schumacher to star in the thriller "The Number 23". Both have earlier worked together in 1995 mega hit "Batman Forever". Carrey and Schumacher each had time in their schedules to make it their next assignment.

According to Variety, the script is written by Fernley Phillips. Carrey will play a man who becomes "obsessed and haunted" by a book that appears to describe his life, but ends with the murder of the central character. The number 23 appears again and again in the book, seemingly woven into the plot, and he becomes obsessed with the number in his own life while trying to ensure that he himself is not murdered.

The film will be under production very soon. Shooting may begin in November. Right now Schumacher is concentrating more on his recent project "The Crowded Room" and Jim Carrey is in talks to star in "Used Guys" co-starring Ben Stiller.

Variety reports that Jim Carrey is in early talks to star alongside Ben Stiller in 20th Century Fox's "Used Guys." Jay Roach will direct the comedy written by David Guion and Michael Handelman from an original script by Mickey Birnbaum. The plan is to shoot next spring.

Fun With Dick And Jane
Dark Horizons reports that FWDAJ is to start reshooting next week in Los Angeles.
