Jim Carrey Is Married Again

Jim Carrey is a married man once again. For fans who have followed Jim Carrey’s extraordinary career for decades, his life has always seemed to be lived partly in the spotlight and partly far away from it. We know the unforgettable characters, the movies, the comedy, the dramatic performances and the moments that have made generations of audiences laugh. But Jim has also become increasingly private about his life away from Hollywood. Now comes some very happy personal news: Jim Carrey has married his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah, in a small private ceremony in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, sources familiar with the couple say the wedding was an intimate affair, reflecting the relatively private way Jim and Min Ah have approached their relationship. A love story kept largely away from the spotlight. Jim and Min Ah first attracted widespread public attention as a couple when they made their official debut together at the César Awards in Paris in February, where Jim received an honorary award celebrating his remarkable career. During his acceptance speech, Jim made a particularly touching reference to Min Ah, calling her his “sublime companion.” He then looked toward her and said three simple words:
“I love you, Min Ah.”
For longtime Jim Carrey fans, it was a rare and beautiful glimpse into the more personal side of the actor and comedian. Although their relationship only became public more recently, the couple had reportedly been seen together privately as far back as 2022. They eventually made their first official public appearance together alongside Jim’s daughter, Jane, and his grandson. Their decision to keep much of their relationship private makes the news of their wedding feel all the more special. Rather than becoming a constant subject of the Hollywood spotlight, their relationship has unfolded quietly, on their own terms.
