Jim Carrey’s Riddler Returns!
29 Sep 2026 By Tommy Pihl (Editor-in-Chief)
This is one collectible we Jim Carrey fans are going to want to see! Hot Toys has unveiled a new 1/6 scale Riddler figure based on Jim Carrey’s unforgettable performance as Edward Nygma in 1995’s Batman Forever — and it looks spectacular!
The figure captures the wonderfully wild energy Carrey brought to the role, complete with his bright green question-mark suit and two upper head sculpts featuring his iconic red hair or a version designed for the Riddler’s bowler hat. There are also two interchangeable lower face plates — including that huge manic grin — plus Hot Toys’ rolling eyeball feature for even more expressive poses.
And the accessories are packed with Batman Forever nostalgia! The accessories make this release even more exciting! The Riddler comes armed with his unmistakable golden question-mark cane, along with a theatrical mask, magnifying glass, faceted gem, Bat-bombs and a question-mark pouch. There are plenty of little details here that instantly bring back memories of Jim Carrey’s wonderfully outrageous Edward Nygma and the colorful, over-the-top world of Batman Forever.
One of the coolest additions has to be the NygmaTech mind-control box. The miniature version of Nygma’s brain-draining invention features a built-in LED light-up function, making it possible to recreate one of the movie’s most memorable pieces of technology right on the shelf.
And there’s an extra treat for collectors! The Special Edition, available in select markets, includes an openable tennis court riddle box inspired directly by one of the riddles from the movie. It’s exactly the kind of wonderfully specific Batman Forever detail that makes this figure feel like a true celebration of Jim Carrey’s Riddler.
Almost three decades later, Jim Carrey’s wonderfully over-the-top Riddler remains impossible to forget. Now we can bring a little of that neon-green chaos to our collections!
