New Sonic the Hedgehog 4 merchandise appears to be on the way!

Listings from Smyths Toys have revealed the names of several upcoming JAKKS Pacific figures and products tied to the highly anticipated fourth Sonic movie. While no product images have surfaced yet, the listings give us an early look at some of the characters and sets fans can expect.

It is an exciting lineup featuring several of the movie's biggest characters, including Amy, Metal Sonic and Shadow. However, one name is noticeably missing: Dr. Ivo Robotnik.
For Jim Carrey fans, the absence of a Robotnik figure is certainly interesting. That does not necessarily mean that Robotnik will not appear in "Sonic the Hedgehog 4", as this appears to be only an early wave of merchandise and more products could be revealed later. Still, with Sonic, Amy, Tails, Shadow and Metal Sonic all represented in the reported listings, the missing villain stands out. Could a Robotnik figure be part of a future wave? We will have to wait and see.
