It starts something like this:

"... walking in the park in the dark, holding you tight..."

... and it's not on the soundtrack

Yeah, this bumbum music when he turns into Hank (the first time when the woman in the store wants to be the first one to pay buys many things and Charlie only a few). I really want to know what it is.

The song you are looking for is "Fire Like This" by Hardknox. It's not on the soundtrack. It is the same song that goes "Na na na na na, we're gonna rock you" when Charlie gets angry and becomes Hank. The rap part in the middle is the part they use in the helicopter scene. It's a pretty explicit song, has some rank language in it which is why they didn't use the whole song or put it on the soundtrack.

I'm probably stupid or deaf or both... but I have listened to this song like 100 times... and I can't recognize a single tune from the song I'm looking for.... :(

Fun to meet a Swedish person here! Min svenska är inte heller så bra, men kunskaperna om Jim Carrey är bättre. I don´t really know anything about that song, but maybe I can find out if searhing on the web. Is it a that rap song you mean?
