He always finds a way to make the interview unformal,
the time he tried to sit in silence and have a conversation,
was funny as hell, tought me well to never change the station.
When Jim is on he lets you know by doing crazey things,
He's really fly, one heck of a guy, with all his christmas flings,
You never know when Jim is gonna break down and cry,
But I'm willing to bet, he's the only man yet, who can laugh at the tear in his eye.
He's down to earth and full of spirit so Jim just stay yourself.
You're a man of power and laughter and sorrow, To top it all off I say "Guelph!"

sometimes i feel like The Mask
sometimes i feel like Bruce all high and mighty
sometimes i feel like i'm Once Bitten but more than once
but all the time i feel like Jim, laughing and joking just wearing my problems on my sleeve.

One leg up behing the head
One leg down under the bed
Lie down with tongue drawn
Voila, we have a yoga clown
The third eye has a rose tint
Focus on it but don't go squint :P

I think I told Mav on the phone...I found some of my high school poetry.

Here are two that aren't angst-ridden and snarfingly laughable.

As stiletto heels rap staccato beats,
Icycles drop from awnings to explode on the pavement below.
Skirts windlifted are fixed quickly over silk legs,
Breath brings forth a dissipating puff of life.
Dirt slush slides under wing tips,
And pale, cold light enfolds the night.

The day ended, and with it - the wind and snow
that had turned everything white
from above
like a crisp, clean sheet
waiting for Spring to Fall.

There once was a greedy young cat,
Who ate till she made herself fat,
One day in the house,
She spotted a mouse,
Who did laugh at that cat as she sat.

Breath in and breath out
An ocean within, a song for the soul
Whispers louder than any sound
Make us be and one with time
Breathe to the rhythm of life
Ease this slow burning, this strife

Relax the mind and feel,
identify fake from the real.
Friends may come,
and friends may go.
But the keys to your life,
are those truths that you know.
And the process of learning to heal......
