Did you just diss Mighty Mouse?

Our bond has suffered.
When I was little used to LOVE Land of the Lost. I just googled. I was REALLY little! But I looked at the photos and I'm pleased to announce that even as a four year-old, I was able to watch an embarrassing show.
Here's a synopsis, so you can know my shame:
While on a camping trip, Ranger Rick Marshall and his children, Will and Holly, were canoeing down a river when they went over a waterfall and ended up in the land of the lost. Besides the various dinosaurs they encountered, the Marshalls also regularly interacted with the Pakuni, a tribe of ape like creatures, and the Sleestaks, evil, lizard-like creatures that couldn't come out in the daylight and were afraid of fire. The Marshalls did encounter a different type of Sleestak - Enik, who was an Altrusian, an advanced race of Sleestaks from the past. Unlike his descendents - the Sleestaks of the series, Enik had intelligence and was able to provide help to the Marshalls on occasion.

What is your favorite ride at amusement parks?

Nicole! Awesome question! I'm the mild-mannered one that runs to the line for the wickedest, fastest, meanest coaster at the park! But, I also had to ride (the last time I was at Disneyland and for nostalgia's sake) "It's a small world". I was on it in when I was eleven or twelve. As a kid, I just thought it was so fun! When I went the last time, it was with my brother's family and my nephew Josh was about ten I think. We got in line and he immediately started complaining, "Do we gotta ride this Daaaaad? This is the STUPIDEST ride!!!" My brother explained that it was something he should do to make ME happy (thank you, brother...the guilt commenced)...so we stood in line and Josh is shooting me "Stupidhead" looks with his arms folded and a look of pure juvenile annoyance on his face.
The funny thing is, when we got in the actual boat and the ride started, he was completely enraptured and swaying along to the music and saying, "Ooooooh."
I was the one thinking, "This ride is so lame when you're 33."
