Jim Carrey Might Be Honored In Paris
28 Jul 2009

By Priya B (Web correspondent)

According to the french website No-Spoon.net, 'The Cinémathèque Française'* in Paris is planning to pay tribute to Jim Carrey from 2nd - 20th September. The event is expected to be announced shortly.

Carrey is expected to attend the event, but his presence isn't confirmed yet. The possibilities of him being there might be possible since "I Love You Phillip Morris" will be releasing in France on September 9th.

The list of Jim Carrey films which will be shown during the event are still unknown, but the website mentions "Man on the Moon", "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and "The Truman Show". And it is more likely that Jim's latest release, "I Love You Phillip Morris" will be presented.

* The Cinémathèque Française is one of the biggest film archives in the world with 40,000 films. Founded in 1938, this collection covers almost every film producing country in the world and features items from the 18th and 19th centuries.
