I think he would because voicing Popeye sounds like something he would love to do. He would be good at it too!

I hope Jim is not attached, a project like this is doomed in advance. If they are going to do Popeye, I hope it's an animated movie (or stop motion) by the Aardman-people. That's the only right way to do it.
