awe thanks hon, that's a wee cutie........i'm a wee bit of a dental coward, it's funny how injections etc don't bother me, UNLESS THEY'RE IN MY MOUTH!!!

oh god, it's a very long story.........groan..............i've had to invoke emergency procedures, i've got a huge abcess....... i'm on 2 courses of antibiotics, heavy duty painkillers etc etc..........the surgery had to be delayed but gets done next Thursday ....

Why is the worse pain dental pain.

If you're hurt physically one often goes into shock and you don't
feel it as much but with dental pain

Why does it hurt so much?
I would think that Dental Healthcare is just as important as
going to a doctor, I wish people were covered
in Canada for this too,
absesses can and does affect a person's general health.

I would never want to have a root canal again, I'd rather have the tooth extracted.

.....absolutely, i've been ill for 6 weeks and run down for a lot longer due to it......and my friends son ended up in intensive care because of it....... before anti-biotics tooth abcess was a major killer........

.......my bed........lol.........5 courses of antibiotics and surgery later i was a LOT sicker than i realised........i'm not out of the woods yet but i'm getting there.......the new term has begun too so i'm absolutely exhausted.........it's totally hammered my strength and health so i'm sleeping a lot to get stronger........
honestly, i was less ill with pneumonia and pleurisy.............i'd take pneumonia over a serious tooth abcess any day ...........lol........
