no you need to use one on here. We used to let people put their own pics but Tommy got rid of that option

You can use an Jim avatar from your profile. At the moment we have more than 500 different Jim avatars from his movies/series and other public events! If there is a Jim picture you want as your avatar you are welcome to link to it here and I will see if it can be made as an avatar.
