It looks like that Blue Gatorade drink. It's an "energy" drink that's sold here in the US for athletes to keep they're energy. It has vitamins and electrolytes in it to keep your engine revvin'...

It comes as no surprise that one of the names commonly used to refer to gin was "blue ruin." The main reason for its poor reputation was that until it came along, the average working man had recourse to nothing stronger than beer or wine. Brandy was too expensive for the average bumpkin and only sailors drank rum, but gin was cheap, easy to make and marvelously effective. Virtually unrecognizable from its modern counterpart, 18th-century gin was such appalling stuff it would have given its Prohibition-era bathtub descendant a good name. To make it palatable, it had to be sweetened with sugar--a telling comment on its quality, as I don't imagine Hogarth's imbibers had particularly refined palates.

don't be so hard on Jim for drinking alcohol. it's a difficult habit to kick and sometimes when you're at parties, it's polite to have a drink or two. he's a 42 year old, don't expect him to not drink. we all can't keep our promises to ourselves, even if we say it out in public.

Mystery solved! This was the launch party for the ESOTSM DVD
I got this off of www.admiringkate.com

The party was wittily decorated using props from the film, including medical brain scanner rooms, the reception waiting area and an oversize '50s kitchen set used to simulate Carrey's childhood memory scenes in the film. Everyone snarfed up the sushi served by waitresses in nurse uniforms, hit the s'mores station and guzzled blue Memory Erasure drinks (Hypnotiq, Bacardi and white cranberry juice).

You can read the whole story here:

There are TONS of photos on this site as well...
