Oh boy....

Jimmie, before you launch on a tirade, maybe you should read more, so that you can see the use of sarcasm, humor, etc. by each member of the board.

I find it serindipitous that our pithy comments can be so eventful. Jim fans have a uniqueness that translates on his website. The full spectrum of emotions - I agree with Quirkey. Don't take written statements at face value. Sarcasm, dry humor, can't be emoted in a written word. And, emotions change. A written tyraid, a monologue, might be just an expression for the moment. I didn't see Jim on late night, but apparently- well. As I was told, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Nice in theory, but a little hard to live by.

Quirky, i don't like intimidation...it makes me feel icky. So nice try, but your the one who started all this anyway. I do understand the concepts of humor, and especially sarcasm, but the way you say @#!$Jim, or whatever, isn't really humor or sarcasm, its actually rude...maybe you need to look up some of the words your casually throwing around, you know, so you can use them properly...thanx! (see that smilie face...that is sarcasm)

OMG WE ARE JUST JOKING. YOU CANNOT TAKE A JOKE OBVIOUSLY!lol

I have a question:

What exactly does Dr. Suess is in the house again mean?

Thank you for your clarification,
Michele

No actually Billy Dean is in the building

"Been away, haven't seen you in a while
How've you been?
Have you changed your style and do you think
That we've grown up differently?
Don't seem the same
Seems you've lost your feel for me"

DAMN THAT EARWORM!!!

BTW is somebody playing around with your posts? I have noticed many mistakes lately. Must be my imagination tho cause we all know Quirky would NEVER do anything like that.

Alright enough with Billy Dean.

REVENGE TIME, QUIRKS!

Looking Out My Back Door (Creedance Clearwater Revival)

Just got home from Illinois, lock the front door, oh boy!
Got to sit down, take a rest on the porch.
Imagination sets in, pretty soon I'm singing,

CHORUS:
Doo, doo, doo, Looking out my back door.
There's a giant doing cartwheels,
A statue wearing high heels.
Look at all the happy creatures dancing on the lawn.
A dinosaur Victrola listening to Buck Owens.

CHORUS

Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band.
Won't you take a ride on the flying spoon?
Doo, doo doo.
Wond'rous apparition provided by magician.

CHORUS

Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band.
Won't you take a ride on the flying spoon?
Doo, doo doo.
Bother me tomorrow, today, I'll buy no sorrows.

CHORUS

Forward troubles Illinois, lock the front door, oh boy!
Look at all the happy creatures dancing on the lawn.
Bother me tomorrow, today, I'll buy no sorrows.

CHORUS

I wonder what they were smoking when they wrote that song.

I was born in 1970 and as a toddler I was not deeply involved with music.
