They're casting for Violet and Klaus, I don't live in NY, plus I'm too old, but here's the info for those who may fit the picture:<br><br>12/14 from 12noon-5PM at Chelsea Studios, 151 W. 26 St., 6th fl., NYC. <br><br>Casting for "A Series of Unfortunate Events," a Paramount Pictures SAG feature film based on the Lemony Snickett children's books. Scott Rudin, prod'r; Barry Sonnenfeld, dir. Seeking--Violet: girl, ages 10-12, the eldest of the Baudelaire children, the natural leader of the orphan clan, and one of the finest inventors the world has ever known, she is courageous and quick-witted with a grownup sensibility that belies her meager years; Klaus: boy, ages 8-9, the middle child, he sports glasses, a phenomenal intelligence, and a photographic memory, his intuitive logic keeps him almost a step ahead of the nefarious Count Olaf's evil schemes. <br><br>Open call auditions will be held Sat.
