cries?

Postby Pressamarita » Sun May 26, 2002 7:18 pm

what's the point? I hope its not 'cause I said he needs to learn to cry like hali. That sCeNe was good. But it still
had something to giggle about. maybe because you do not take him seriously with a tear so you know he's tryin
or thinkin of something to make himself cry. I still giggled, because it seemed like he was faking, even when the camera faded away from the bed.

did you see him cry in "Irene." COMPLETE ALLIGATOR
TEARS. NOTHING CAME OUT. NO WATER. LOVE YOU
SWEETIE, Jim.

Ok I am confused.

Postby Carreylover » Sun May 26, 2002 8:57 pm

Now, I think you giggle because it's strange seeing Jim cry. But are you saying he was bad at crying in movies. "Me, Myself and Irene"? No way! It's a comedy movie were they have fun I don't think he would really have real tears for that scene! I never saw "The Majestic" so I don't know about that. But I don't think it really matters!

I heard it was good.

Postby Carreylover » Sun May 26, 2002 11:23 pm

not from critics but from the people who saw it. I heard Jim was strange to watch because he was so sensitive, sweet, graceful, and from some, sexy because the chemistry between Jim and Laurie was "hot". I am like whatever. Lol...although it would be strange to see Jim in a romantic way.

cryin?

Postby Pressamarita » Sun May 26, 2002 11:25 pm

no. he's not bad at crying. its just that he plays so many roles you don't expect anything but tears relating to comedy, so if he's really playing seriously, you start
laughing. But, I admit Its not as real as him making us laugh to make us cry yet, meaning it will take that
rolearoni and moviearoni to 'cause terms of edearment tears. but I am thinking right now, how many men really

make me cry in acting? I'll let you know. I'm just (hate this word)teasing him a little. If he only had one scene a movie for me to see I'd pay. but we are talking about an unforgettable fart lighting man you know! ( dumb and dumber)

Jim cryin'

Postby Nano75 » Mon May 27, 2002 2:44 am

I understand your point. It took me awhile till I got used to the serious Jim. But think of the Truman Show! It's one of my favorites now. He's very serious in it I think. And you take it, don't you? Well, the Majestic is probably an increase. I can't wait to see it! Only a few days! I wonder if I'll have to giggle... I hope not!!
Nadine

Postby Carreylover » Mon May 27, 2002 11:31 am

Seeing him act serious is like new to us because we were always use to his comedy. So, I am not surprised that you giggled. I am sure I would do the same...lol.

Sorry, but the scene where he does cry in "The Majestic" is far from giggle inducing. Same goes for "The Truman Show".

Mon

"Write a wise saying and your name will live forever."

- Anonymous

dear JCO sorry for offense. i've been thinking about it
today. He is well respected all around by me. He can take
it.His serious acting has blossomed but he is the

international -unforgetable-fart lighter. that does deserve
giggles when he looks like he is in a serious crying scene.
I just am imbedded with fun in my head about him. In
real life, maybe for the people he's cryed with, he feels
differently, hope he's not angry.

romantic yes, his eyes, always in his eyes.
