REALITY TV phenomenon Big Brother could go on forever in a new version of the show planned in Germany.

Instead of candidates living for several weeks inside a compound, German media reports say producers of the show are building a small town, complete with market square, church, shops, workplaces and a small forest.

They launch the new Big Brother version in February or March next year. Interesting, but do you think this is too much? Do you think it will be a succes?

UNSURE ABOUT THIS ONE

Very unsure about this one, when I watched the Truman Show I felt
like the producer was in such control. Would it be the same on
Big Brother. I'm not sure this is such a good thing.

WHY NOT GET PEOPLE TO TURN ON THEIR VIDEO CAMS AT HOME
WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT, AT LEAST THERE IS A CHOICE AS TO WHEN
PEOPLE SEE YOU. Only thing is, can you imagine your kids turning it
on for a joke, ooooeeee! der might be trouble der.
Other thing is how do you keep it censored when someone goes
across the camera in the buff and doesn't know its on???
Lots of problems.

Yes, but at least the persons know that there are cameras. But nevertheless it's imho bullshit. In German television is nearly everything crap. Silly millionary shows and shows like Big Brother (there are much more, at the moment there is one where people are in the woods and must past tests like eating bugs for example) are all the day in TV. Too less good movies (especially American movies).

These "reality" shows are just mean. It's like a bunch of kids putting two bugs in a jar and shaking them up to see if they'll fight. I can't stand to watch manipulation tactics.

YES, I see your point
