Just felt a earthquake

Postby cotton » Tue Aug 23, 2011 9:01 pm

Virginia just had a earthquake and surrounding areas could feel it. I Guess it was minor but some buildings in NYC had to be evacuated. I just felt a slight rumble.

I heard about at work from a customer. I was shocked since that is rare in that part of the country. Prayers and thoughts to those living out there.

Plus could be worse, you could be facing a possible hurricane like I am here in Florida.

It was felt up here in Canada also,
I didn't feel it, I was eating lunch at the time.
But when I went to work a few people had felt it.

I'm just listening to scriptures about a time
when devastating earthquakes occurred in the
Americas anciently.
see B o M - 3 Nephi Chptr 8:1

We still have tornado warnings up here.
So, now I have the sound effects and light show
to what's being read
kinda theatrical to say the least
