I'm still thinking on this one myself.

But what would be YOUR ideal dinner date?

I wonder if Men and Women have a different view on this one.

I would just like to be suprised on the location. Having dinner at a resturant is really over-done. I would want a meal that is from another country like Scotland, England, Italy, France, Japan.

a relaxed one, with lots of smiles and good conversation.....i'm pretty flexible when it comes to food but a really formal place is a bad idea if you want a relaxed evening.. better with a smaller, personal kinda place :D and if it's a lovely evening it's nice to go for a walk afterwards......
ahhh....a romantic walk in the moonlight can be magical.......lol.........
lol......my tastes are really quite simple :D

I'm going for the idea of a picnic.
I went to my favorite childhood place a while ago and brought my
childen(they were all older)
there is a swinging bridge, swim area, walking trails,
we saw a couple on a blanket, formally dressed
wine glasses, (we tried to stay away and give them some privacy)
But we all thought it was romantic and beautiful to see them.
Simple, not alot of fuss, easy packing food,(KFC) is usually good if
on a budget,
apples, grapes, oranges,
I like the new veggie chips (if they don't have canola)
I wonder what other picnic basket lunches are fast, won't go bad,
and are deliciouso.(I know most are thinking pizza)
There has to be other items.
Anyone else with transient snacks for a picnic?

I agree with Fluffy on a relaxed one, especially the first one. I am also very flexible when it comes to food I like about anything... My tastes are also quite simple.
Picnics are also very nice and a walk would be great... as you can see I am really not hard to please... I guess just to have some quite time to really get to now the person where ever would be great... :D

I'm amazed most of us agree,
I love looking at old ruins (old buildings)
trying to imagine what it was like before or
ancient native areas,
beaches that have a history
I have picniced, then scuba dived,
that's pretty good!

Dunnotar castle is just outside Aberdeen and Mel Gibson filmed Hamlet there.... :D
