I think being kind is learned, after children are little
and start to make mistakes a parent can either show
kind discipline or cruel discipline.
I think that's when they start to respond and
learn the difference with the animals and world around them.

i agree, but sadly a lot of kids don't have positive role models.....it's awful to think they don't see much kindness at home......but we try and break the cycle by enabling the kids to learn about and experience appropriate & kind choices....sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, but we try........ :D

You are so right Fluffy

Sarcasm is especially hard for children
to understand, we have alot of that in
this town.

When my children and I moved here,
it was often very confusing, now they
just go with it, I truly dislike sarcasm.
It's hard to know when someone is serious or not.
Especially if there is not change in their voice
or visual clue that they are not serious.

I finished the book last week...
and if it goes through the right creative process...
it will be both fun and funny...

It is worth reading...
