That's the point. There are no other comedians like himself. (Not 'his self).

Jamie Foxx? :D Yes I said it again. And I don't agree with Jenny being in a movie with Jim that will be worst than that movie with J-lo and Ben Affleck...

I understand what Characterman is saying. But it's a bit black and white, not? Where's the grey? ;)

Sure, Jim can team up with another comedian, but there's many chance it goes wrong. Why? The guys you named that did the team-up in the '80s aren't hard to combine. The humor they brought was all in the same line.

The "problem" with Jim Carrey is the fact that he's unique. Is there any other comedian (were talking comedians, not actors) you can put next to him and go with his flow? I guess Steve Carell could do that ... maybe. But when it doesn't, you get two total different kinds of humor not fitting eichother. Also, there's the huge danger the makers wants them both to be equal funny. Cause you have two names to fill the screen. It would slow them both down of doing their own thing and go wild. "Jim Carrey" is one hell of a big name ... putting another next to it ... I don't hink it will work.

If we are talking about real actors who are able to pull of something funny, then it's a total different case, imo.

None of those names have the same humor as Jim. Ben Stiller shouldn't even be in one sentence with him. Robin Williams or Steve Carell are the only guys who could work ... but it will have to be a damn good movie to make something good out of the combination.

I don't say they have to be exactly the same, but they should match and be able to go in the same flow. That's what will make or break the comedy in such a movie. The thing is ... those names are way too different from Jim.

And about the carreers of Tim & Jim, what does that has to do with anything? Realy.

Let's agree to dissagree then. ;)

lol..........what about the British comedians????.......... ........
the reality is, pairing Jim with another A list comedian would cost far too much.........they'd never get the film made.........look at 'Used Guys'...
it's all down to money at the end of the day...................

Please... Don't say theres no one just like Jim Carrey in world at all! Because there is about afew another Comedians match-up to him.

Here is the match-up Category:
- Tim Allen: -> Jim Carrey
- Ben Stiller: -> Jim Carrey
- Robin Williams: -> Jim Carrey
- Jack Black: -> Jim Carrey
- Owen Wilson: -> Jim Carrey
- Eddie Murphy: -> Jim Carrey

And, where in the world Jim Carrey said he wouldn't have Jenny star in a movie with him over her low acting skills?

I didn't heared him say anying like that front everyone on talk shows at all!

Well if you understand me then stop saying I said things that I never said. :( :( :(

Magazine interviews NOT talk shows

You go by how the world is low of money for pay? That's doesn't mean the team-up's will suck!

I never said that

Oh, My God... I didn't say Jim needs to change his Movies layouts style or any thing like that

I also never said that I meant that he does not have to change the type of actors he works with
