Same here. I'd be surprised if they play on a standard region 2 DVD player. You'd probably need a multi region DVD player or a special program on your pc

Yeah I really waited way too long to finally buy the boxsets (all five in 2 weeks that is, CAN$20 for the first four) and I was really ashamed! But now I really feel like I've bought a big piece of his career there!

As Europeen, the only opportunity that i have to watch In living Color is on the net by YouTube or another website...unfortunatly, this tv-show is unknown in europe so we can't find dvds in store...and the dvds that we can buy on the net by amazon for example, are in "Zone 1" you know for US and Canada...so that's a little problem and it would be great to make a europeen edition !...

But all the things I saw on the net was hilarious and really fun ! Fire Marshall Bill, Lifeguard on duty and stuff...that's very funny !...an american humor...but really cool ! :P

Yeah the problem is that it's not a series that's been translated much, which makes is less available to the international market. But if you're worried about the dvd region, I know that some dvd players or adaptors are especially made to convert any dvd into your region, 2 in your case.
If only all dvd's were in the neutral region 0, oh how the world would be a better place! ;)

Oh yeah ! You're so right ! I agree with you ! :)

But, I'm able to buy the dvds of the Region 1 just to have them, just for my collection ! lol I think I'll try to buy them as soon as I could !
I don't know for you, but in my case, Jim's dvd are like collection's object ! They are very precious to me and I keep them into a box to protect them (yeah, maybe I'm a little bit crazy but...! lol)

I have ILC Season 3. Jim is so funny!
I like that skit "Death takes a Holiday" when Jim plays
Death. Has anyone seen it? The Vanilla Ice skit is good too.
My fave of Jim's characters on ILC is Fire Marshall Bill
and Dickie Peterson.
