While watching the Grinch for the 8th time, I keep on noticing the sublte things that Jim does. The movements have some Ace in them, some speech has Ace and his other characters...In mostly every comedy that Jim has done he brings a little bit of his previous roles into the project and it is AMAZING!

I love Ace Ventura (I even bought props used by Jim) but I didn't think that the 2nd was was as good as the first. Mainly because he was making 20Mil and he seemed a little too "cocky" if that's possible. It didn't have the freshness of Ace 1, but it was still amazing. It also had a different director so that changed things somewhat.

I say everyone writes letter to the people who made Jim's movies and ask, no wait, DEMAND that they release as a set:
Ace 1
Ace 2
Dumb & Dumber,
Cable Guy,
Lair Lair...etc...but they have to have the deleted scenes, OUT TAKES and such..

I would LOVE to see a Jim Carrey 2 hour DVD of outtakes from all his movies, I think that would be the funniest DVD of the year...that and 3 hours of standup or something like that...

I'd have to say that Man On The Moon is my all time favorite Jim Movie. I have seen it well over 25-30 times now and I *still* sit there and think "Wow, this is really amazing". Also, about the comment of getting ideas while brushing your teeth, I totally agree! People seem to get thier best ideas while doing something like that, mine usually come along while driving, or while trying to get to sleep at night. Anyway, first time I saw Jim was on ILC, I was really young (about 6) so at the time I wasn't into the whole 'he's cute!' thing, but I thought he was hysterical. I watched as much as I was able for being so young, you get tired or have a bedtime and what not. THen he started movies ACE, The Mask and D&D, I was about 9-10 when these came out so around that time I was into 'he's cute!' and now I am 17 (18 in 44 days)Jim is been my fav actor and boy is he cute!

-Kristin

"My wife bought me a Quaji board for Christmas.
