This question really goes 2 whoever made this video i didn't no who made it so i'm just wondering can I use the background audio not any of the pictures A few maybe the same but not all of them. You have to check with a copywrite lawyer on that one.

Usually people get mad when you use it for making money
ie commercial to sell a product or to sell the video yourself.
If you are going to school check with your teachers they may have
an answer.
