I understand what you're saying. But it realy wouldn't matter, imo. This voice-acting doesn't take a lot of time and isn't in the way for any other projects. However, there are many animated projects in pre-production at Laika, the studio that made 'Coraline'. And it's all very original! Jim Carrey to do a voice in one of those is not a bad idea ... not at all. :)

If Lemony Snicket was stop-motion (not a bid idea, even if I say it myself :P ) Tim Burton would be perfect. Well, actually Henry Sellick (he's the true man behind 'Nightmare/Christmas' and 'Coraline'. And Jim doing the voice ... sounds good to me.

To tell you the truth, Tim Buton's animated movies kind of freak me out. Not a fan.
I've got to agree there........too Gothic and ghoulish for my tastes.....lol.....i prefer Scrat..... :D
