Is Jim going to be working with Spielberg?

Postby moviebuff » Mon Jan 24, 2005 4:52 pm

I heard that Steven Speilberg might be directing Jim Carrey in 'The Secret Life of Walter Mitty'. Does anyone know if this is true?

Steven Spielberg are very busy with other projects. This summer with "War the of the Worlds" starring Tom Cruise and Tim Robbins. Next year with "Vengeance" starring Eric Bana. After this two movies there will be a Indiana Jones 4. Maybe there will a remake of "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty". But not before 2006 with Spielberg in the director chair. I hope Jim Carrey and Steven Spielberg will work together someday in the future.

thank you for letting me know! I read that Jim and Steve have been trying to work together for years, but they just can't seem to find the right project.
War of the Worlds looks awesome,by the way.

i know it prolly would have been rated one of jims best movies if they worked together.

someone needs to talk to Jim himself and ask him about these movies.

you know, this has been a question for so long, I don't even want those two working together. it's getting boring just talking about it. I don't want to see it happen. I hope they never work together. I think people have such high expectations of their movie that when they finally do work together and make that movie, it'll really suck. I hope it's not true and all, but I think we need to end this subject. it's really boring.
