She's supposedly my celebrity lookalike.

Why did I decide to stick close to family and not pursue my dream of performance?

I feel like a fake person....since I've done any acting or singing. I guess that's ironic.

Do you mean since you haven't done any acting or singing?

Yeah....performance used to be my comfort zone and also the source of affirmation from friends and teachers and ultimately an audience.

Can't you try out for a part at the local theatre or take dance classes or something?

I'm finally in a position to do that.

When I was working in the ER (I just gave them 23 months notice and quit....but not before training my replacement") it was such a strenuous job if you did it right.

But I also have to take into consideration that I am pretty much completely alone.

I hope I can find someone to go to karaoke with, because I haven't sung in public in a long time...

for poll
I like the flowing cornflower blue.

Too bad there isn't Cyberspace Karoke
then we'd all meet together and have a great ol time.

I went to Karoke the other day on my own, I hate going by myself too.
It's difficult for women, the safety factor and all.

Just saw Firewall this weekend....

Excellent movie, really makes a person think,
my sweetie said that the same thing actually
happened recently in England,
that's really weird.
Anyway the movie was good,
I hated the gore though and
the cruelty, but it's a Hollywood movie and that's the way they do it.
