Oh yeah, you learn SO much about what goes on behind the scenes through those. They're very entertaining. I learned through the directors commentary of The Mask that The mask was originally going to be a horror movie!

Sometimes they'll tell you what was impromptu and what wasn't.

If Jim did a stinky one I would still buy it.

I mean a stinky movie not a stinky fart BTW.

i was able to get the dvd yesterday, and it was great to be able to see it again, the last time i got to see it was back in dec. so in a way it felt fresh to me. i loved all of the bonus material, the scenes from the toy store was really funny. i believe that old man playing the secreity guard played in the majestic if it was him i believe he was the old man that found Jim on the beach after his accident. for the commentary i was a little disappointed in it, i felt they didn't talk about the movie as much as they so had. but it was nice to hear about some of the things that went on, on the set, like the color of the walls in dick and jane's house being the same color as the new 20 dollar bills was something i would have never had known.

Yep... Some commentaries are great... others stink... but, it's good to have that option on the dvd.

the commentary was interesting. they talked about oral sex and the robberies they left out. it was kinda fun though i kept getting distracted by what Jim was doing

The commentary just solidified my admiration of him.
