 I highly doubt that they really would do another one w\o\ Jim. It really would make no sense. The count olaf web site does say: Until next time... So, well? http://countolaf.com/ OLAF FOR PRESIDENT Olaf in 08, when our mottyo is, "Vote (for me) or die!" http://countolaf.com/election/index.html

No, Cher should play Esme and Simon Cowell should play Sir.

If Jim does Count Olaf again it would be a miracle. I hope he does... otherwise the movie will suck and I won't see it. I hate it when they make sequils and have one of the main charaters change. Nobody can pull of Count Olaf like Jim, and it would be a major disaster.

HHHmmm..............more than any of his other movies Jim is THE only man for a sequel..............he is so versatile..........so skilled and so indespensible to the role now that i can't see anyone else in the role.............but would he do a sequel??..............

well, it has been said that Olaf is THE only character he would bring back.....obviously excluding Ace.................

but it would depend on what he felt he would gain from doing it........both artistically and professionally.............it would depend on the amount of lee-way he has to manouver the character.............
For me the sheer scale of impro in LSSOUE.........made it for me.......
and i've said this before but i would love to see him in a mainly improvised piece of work...................

fluffy :P

David Bowie would be great as Jerome Squalor. I also want to see Bryce Dallas Howard in some role in the movie. Her preformance is amazing and she is beautiful. Maybe she could play Esme Squalor or some other role. I havenĀ“t read "Slippery Slope", "Grim Grotto" or "The Penultimate Peril" yet.

Ooooops, I may have made a booo, boooo.

What about ..
Jane Fonda for
"Madame Lulu"??
I think she would be great
Later I thought "maybe he is older for the part"
but Betty Davis was acting a long time.
Truth is...
someday we will all be "Old Farts"
I keep reminding my sweetie "Don't turn into an old Fart"
when he just wants to sit around and watch TV.

Hey really Rod would be perfect for the part, he'd be so bad, just the
right temperment for such a bad sequel, I'm sure no one would want to see it, it'll be so horrendously horrid.

He's got an album of classics out and I've heard bits where he sounds great.

I am in awe of a person who can write "Lemony Snicket"s.

But Jim definitely helped to carry the movie (pun intended).
