| So, they really want to know why I just love Jim's movies? Allrighty then! Here we go: First I didn't like comedies... In 1996 or '97, I saw a bit of "The Mask" on television and I was like "Hey, that's something new..." I never heard of Jim Carrey before... but I enjoyed the movie! A week later I saw "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective" on the same channel and I just loved this guy! His funny faces, voices, improvisation in just one character, it was great! And that's how it started... I wanted to see every Jim Carrey movie that existed! At school I did imitations of him and they just loved it... so, more and more I wanted to know everything about him! After I saw all his movies, from Ace to Fletcher, I saw "The Truman Show". Then I even liked him more as an actor, he was so good (still is)! Jim Carrey is the reason I watch the MTV Movie Awards every year and he is the reason I have a high Internet bill to pay ;o) My favorite movie? I think there are 3 movies at number one, "The Truman Show", "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective" and "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls"... What the heck, they are all great! |
